In March of 2014, I bought a pair of your Bleyer Athens Rhythmic Gymnastics Shoes (item 1836-14) from a small local company called Little Extras. I was very happy with my purchase and started using the shoes right away. However, the shoes started to tear and the seams started to rip before the season finished in June 2014. As a gymnast, I practice nine hours a week, not including competitions and performances and I would expect the shoes to have a better hold than what I experienced not only with this pair but other pairs in the past. I was upset with this because I am not willing to buy a new pair of shoes every four months when they should last much longer.

 

The purpose of this letter is that you or your company can help me with this situation. Although your shoes are reasonably priced, I have many other expenses to pay as a gymnast and I do not have the time to constantly buy new shoes. I was hoping that you could kindly send me a new pair of shoes in the same make and size (41 narrow) to the address above with no cost. If that solution is not possible I would like to be credited the price of the shoes into my account to buy myself a new pair of shoes.

 

Thank you for your consideration to my concerns. I have been buying your product for 12 years now and have always been satisfied with my results.
